Overview of the service

InfluRep is a professional workflow product that helps teams collect, review, organize, and export creator-related public social content for partnership evaluation, brand-safety review, and internal due diligence.

These Terms of Service govern access to the website, application, workspaces, dashboards, exports, reports, and related commercial or support interactions offered under the InfluRep brand by GMR Inc.

Eligibility and account responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the person creating or using an account is authorized to do so on behalf of your organization, client, or team where applicable.

You are also responsible for keeping account credentials secure, controlling workspace access, and promptly notifying us if you believe your account or a team member’s access has been compromised.

Permitted use

You may use InfluRep only for lawful, legitimate, and professionally appropriate review workflows. You agree not to use the service to violate applicable law, misuse third-party content, interfere with platform operations, or attempt to bypass technical or contractual safeguards.

You remain responsible for how your organization interprets outputs, makes decisions, and applies any downstream use of exported reports, classifications, or creator review files.

Customer-submitted inputs and review outputs

When you submit profile URLs, handles, scope instructions, date windows, or other review parameters, you authorize InfluRep to process those inputs in order to generate workspace views, analyses, and downloadable output files.

The platform is intended to support operational review and decision preparation. It is not a guarantee of completeness, and it should not be treated as a substitute for independent judgment, formal compliance review, or legal advice where those are required.

Plans, credits, and billing

Certain features may be subject to plan limits, credits, workspace quotas, usage restrictions, or commercial terms agreed during checkout or enterprise contracting.

You are responsible for reviewing usage before running high-volume workflows and for ensuring that the plan associated with your workspace is appropriate for the volume, export, and support level you need.

Acceptable use restrictions

You may not reverse engineer the service, probe or attack the infrastructure, misuse credentials, scrape the application itself, resell access without authorization, or use the service in a way that harms other customers, third-party rights, or service integrity.

We may investigate suspicious activity and take action where necessary to protect the platform, customers, providers, and the broader ecosystem in which the service operates.

Intellectual property

InfluRep, its interface, product design, documentation, software components, and service marks remain the property of GMR Inc or its licensors.

You retain rights to your own internal workflow inputs and exported business records to the extent permitted by law and any third-party rights that may apply to source material reflected in those exports.

Third-party services and source material

The service may rely on third-party infrastructure, login, hosting, analytics, and data-processing services in order to operate. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or limitations introduced by third-party platforms outside our control.

Where the platform helps you review publicly available social content, you are responsible for ensuring that your use aligns with your internal policies, applicable law, and the rights of relevant third parties.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We may update, improve, suspend, or restrict portions of the service where necessary for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or product evolution.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there has been misuse, breach of these terms, non-payment, material security risk, or behavior that threatens the service or other users.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not warrant that every workflow output will be complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for every internal policy decision.

InfluRep is a decision-support product. Final responsibility for partnership approval, compliance interpretation, and commercial action remains with you and your organization.

Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms of Service as the product, legal environment, or service model evolves. Updated terms will be reflected by revising the effective date on this page.
